Endress+Hauser

Laboratory Sensor Portfolio Expanded

Endress+Hauser has launched five laboratory sensors compatible with its Liquiline CML18 handheld laboratory analysis device. The Memosens CPL53E, CPL57E, CPL59E, COL37E and CLL47E liquid analytical sensors join the CPL51E to offer easy operation for end-users and enhanced good laboratory practice (GLP). The sensors support data and quality management in the verification processes of online measurements, provide immediate and tamper-proof calibration history traceability, with easy data transfer using Bluetooth technology.

Kason Corporation

High-Capacity Batch Sifter

Kason Corporation has launched the KR3020-SS High-Capacity Batch Sifter, which features a rectangular design, specifically tailored for high-efficiency industrial sifting. The KR3020-SS, named for its 30-in. by 20-in. dimensions, was created initially for a specific requirement in the food processing industry. The sifter, which is designed to be mounted on a mixer or hopper to provide a sanitary, gap-free solution for food-grade applications, features a convenient bag-cutting shelf design to assist operators rip and tip.

Gericke USA

Dust-Free Docking Station

Gericke USA has introduced the BBU Big Bag Unloader, which features a new, dust-free docking station. Included as standard equipment on the bulk bag unloader, the new docking station features a design with integrated inner ring, outlet spout and cover that establish a sealed connection between the bag and the discharge. Material transfer from bulk bags into a hopper, reactor, pneumatic conveyor or another location moves freely for complete emptying without clogging while dust is contained within the docking station.

Volkmann USA

New Bag Dump Station with Integrated Dust Collection

Volkmann USA has introduced the RNT line of bag dump stations, which features an integrated dust collection system as an option. Devised to prevent nuisance dust exposure in the work environment, the dust control equipment sets a vacuum pump and filter system atop the bag dump station to automatically capture any fine particles generated during bag emptying and safely contain them within the process. The bag unloading stations include stainless steel construction and may be customized with a range of other equipment as needed.

Fike Corp.

Explosion Isolation Flap Available in Stainless

Fike Corp. announced that its explosion isolation flap valve, Fike DFI, is now available in stainless steel assemblies for sizes 4 in. to 32 in. Fike has also expanded its sizes of DFI up to 40 in. to meet the needs of larger dust collectors or other industrial applications that horizontally convey organic dust. The latest stainless-steel execution is safe for use within food production to protect against contaminants from entering the product, the company says. DFI is considered a “passive” explosion isolation valve because it is activated by the pressure itself and not activated with electronics.
