VDG exceeds industry standards with the all 316-stainless steel SSV Series Drum Motor designed to drive modular, wire mesh, and monolithic thermoplastic conveyor belts without the use of sprockets. Processors recognize the sprocketless SSV Drum Motor as the most hygienic conveyor drive for food processing and handling conveyor systems. It features an IP69K sealing system that withstands pressure washdown up to 3,000 psi. The VDG Drum Motor has all drive components enclosed inside the drum, increasing safety, and a service life of 80,000 hours before scheduled maintenance, reducing maintenance costs.
