Fluid Components International
Series of Thermal Flow Meters
Fluid Components International (FCI) offers the ST Series of thermal flow meters, designed for instrument performance, longevity, low maintenance safety and value. Breweries depend on the accurate measurement of air, compressed air, natural gas heating, specialty gases such as nitrogen (N2) and monitoring residual gas CO2 levels and mixed waste gases to reduce their carbon footprints. From fermentation vessel steam heating and product kegging or bottling to CO2 recovery for co-gen power or combined heat and power (CHP) systems, the emphasis is on total product quality and protecting the environment.
Automated Flexible Conveyor
New Bulk Bag Unloading Station
The new AFC BBU II bulk bag unloading station from Automated Flexible Conveyor features a proprietary design that promotes the smooth, consistent, complete discharge of non-free flowing materials. The AFC BBU II uses dual, pneumatic steel paddles to gently coax the material through an extended neck connection set inside an easy access, oversized tie box. Complete discharge is assured while any potential dust particles are automatically captured by a built-in vacuum system to prevent release to the workplace.
Endress+Hauser
80 GHz Radar Sensors
Endress+Hauser has launched its new generation of Micropilot 80 GHz radar sensors: FMR60B, FMR62B, FMR63B, FMR66B and FMR67B. The sensors are designed for challenges when measuring points aren’t easily accessible, located in dusty areas and harsh environments with extreme process temperatures and process conditions. The new generation of sensors comes equipped with wizards which operate via multiple HMI formats. The range aims to provide solutions for virtually any radar application. A compact device design means it can be used in confined installation situations.
Warren Controls
Industrial Control Valves
Warren Controls’ Series 2900 industrial control valves are designed for food and beverage applications with moderate pressure drops and temperatures from -20º to 400ºF. The Series 2900 features cast iron bodies and is available in a variety of trim materials, including bronze, 300 stainless steel, 17-4pH stainless steel and Alloy 6 (cobalt-chromium-tungsten). Available valve body styles include 2-way single seat unbalanced, 2-way cylinder balanced, 2-way double seat balanced, 3-way mixing and 3-way diverting.
Advanced Illumination
Sealed High Intensity Line Lights
Advanced Illumination’s LL330 Series of Sealed High Intensity Line Lights are designed to excel in challenging industrial environments, and offer reliability and performance in line scan imaging applications. Its sealed design ensures protection from dust and debris while maintaining optimal light output. Its passively cooled design is capable of efficiently dissipating immense heat, allowing for up to 1.25 million lux in continuous operation. Unlike line lights with active cooling fans, which are prone to failure due to dust accumulation, the passive cooling system ensures consistent performance and product longevity.
