BeastWire Pallet Rack Safety Solution
BeastWire is designed for universal installation, adapting to nearly any rack configuration. The system includes adjustable bracket options, including the patented Grrripper Bracket, a drop-in bracket for teardrop uprights. BeastWire panels feature fully framed and welded 10-gauge wire mesh, with an optional 6-gauge mesh for high-impact environments. Reinforced with cold roll steel angles and tamper-resistant welded doors, the system stands up to the rigors of demanding facilities while providing structural integrity. Modular, stackable panels, offered in one-foot increments, accommodate standard and oversized bays with ease. For food and beverage operations, BeastWire’s flexibility helps facilities safely store bulk ingredients, packaged goods and temperature-sensitive products across varied racking layouts. Splice channels and panel stiffeners further enhance system stability, ensuring safety even in wide or tall applications.
Automated Flexible Conveyor
IBC Powder Container
A new bulk material handling system from Automated Flexible Conveyor integrates its sanitary SPIRALFEEDER flexible-screw conveyor with its hygienic IBC powder container. The integrated system enables a single operator to automatically transfer dry, bulk solids from floor level up and into the intermediate bulk container — without dust — at the press of a button. Materials may be discharged from the container and weighed as needed, or the filled plastic container may be moved by forklift using built-in fork tubes. The portable conveying system features a stainless steel infeed hopper and screw auger with continuous welds and polished finish, set inside an FDA/USDA-approved UHMW polyethylene outer tube. The companion IBC sets an FDA-compliant, polyethylene bulk container within a powder-coated steel frame.
GEA
InsightPartner EvoHDry
GEA has launched InsightPartner EvoHDry, a condition monitoring tool designed to improve production reliability and operational efficiency in dairy and beverage plants. The system has been engineered for complex industrial environments, where uninterrupted operation is essential for producing items such as infant formula, cream, evaporated milk, condensed milk and cheese. GEA InsightPartner EvoHDry applies real-time condition monitoring, a maintenance approach based on continuous collection and analysis of machine data to detect early warning signs of equipment degradation. Parameters such as temperature, pressure, vibration and flow are tracked in real time, giving operators a clear view of system performance.
Corotec
NoZone Ozone Destruction System
Designed for demanding environments, such as corona treatment stations and X-ray and E-beam sterilization lines in food packaging and medical device manufacturing, the NoZone system eliminates excess ozone before it becomes a safety or regulatory issue. Built with safety and performance in mind, the NoZone system is engineered to tackle ozone at the source. Its negative-pressure airflow design eliminates the risk of ozone leaks — even at poor duct connections — by pulling ozone-laden air through a canister before it reaches the blower. This not only ensures ozone removal, but it also prolongs the blower’s life.
