COMPASS Optical Sorter for Leafy Greens

Designed to inspect fresh-cut product straight from the field, this belt-fed system combines high-performance foreign material detection and removal with gentle, hygienic product handling. Ideal for sorting spinach, arugula and other unwashed, fresh-cut leafy greens including salad mixes, COMPASS identifies and rejects a variety of foreign material including dirt clods, rocks, sticks, insects and animal parts, as well as product defects when running single varieties.

The V*S Master RS delivers a motor platform that is ideal for applications that require constant torque or a wide speed range, including extruders, conveyors, cranes and hoist, winders, web processing, process control, test stands and centrifugal pumps and fans. The V*S Master RS, available from ½ to 5 horsepower, uses a rugged rolled-steel frame to deliver 1000:1 constant-torque and full vector-duty performance. Its compact, lightweight design fits conveyors, fans, pumps and other variable-speed, constant-torque applications, especially where cast-iron frames do not fit.

X3 Series Bulk Flow X-Ray Inspection Systems

Consisting of the X13 and X53 models, the X3 Series for bulk inspection is developed with common parts of the X2 family. It offers hygienic design, streamlined usability and the performance required by agriculture, confectionery and dried food producers worldwide. The X3 Series has been developed for unpackaged, loose-flow, bulk products on conveyors. Both systems in the series can detect contaminants as small as 0.3 - 0.4 mm, depending on application and contaminant material. Typical applications include dried, fresh or frozen fruits and vegetables, nuts, pulses, root vegetables such as carrots and potatoes, confectionery and cereals.

B Series Liquid Mixing Systems

The 261 Series Sanimotor gearmotors, manufactured in North America, offer durability and reliability for demanding applications. Designed for tough environments, they feature an IP69K washdown rating and a sealed 304 stainless steel enclosure, ensuring they withstand high-pressure, high-temperature cleaning. A two-part, spring-loaded shaft seal, paired with EPDM O-rings, ensures a reliable, leak-proof seal. The laser-etched permanent nameplate resists the rigors of extreme washdowns, while sealed ball bearings and food-grade H1 grease provide lifetime, maintenance-free lubrication. With AC inverter duty motors (1/7 or 1/8 HP), the 261 Series Sanimotor gearmotors deliver 8-350 RPM and 16-500 in-lbs of torque.
